How Do I Place an Order?
New customers:
We’re excited to work with you! Before placing your first order, please download and complete the new customer form so we can get all your details. Please note that hallmarking customers also need to complete the registration sponsor form so we know how you would like to proceed with your hallmarking!
Existing customers:
Please download our submission form. Simply fill it out, print it, and send it along with your items. Remember, all items need to be submitted with a form—without it, there may be delays in processing your order. You can send your items via Royal Mail, by courier, or drop them off at our customer services counter.

Friday 8.30am until 3.30pm
When driving to Birmingham Assay office please note:
- For Customer drop off and collection please use Moreton St
- For Visitors please use main entrance on Icknield St
- Moreton Street – connects Pope Street and Carver Street.
- Pope Street is one way
- Carver Street is one way and Moreton Street can only be accessed by turning right
